Ordered twice from this shop, the first time the ring was gorgeous but wasn’t exactly what we were looking for, however the customer service was so helpful in organising a return! Ended up ordering a second ring and it’s fantastic! Exactly what we were looking for - thank you 🤩

The ring it’s self is absolutely stunning and amazing quality. However, when I originally ordered the ring I had ordered it too big, so needed to get a new size just smaller. No where when ordering or on the leaflet given with the ring does it say they would be a charge, the charge is small + having to pay for postage came to about £8.00 which isn’t a lot but not mentioned. I had contacted the seller multiple times and each time found the communication to be lacking. What should have been a lovely gift for my now fiancé turned into a palaver. The first ring came very quickly however the second, was ordered on 17th September was delivered back to him on 22nd September and the replacement was only received today (3rd October)

Kieran was incredibly helpful during the process, ring came perfectly and feels like excellent quality!

Never arrived and this is the second time this has happened.
